I'll be honest, with Thanksgiving and all the food, I was a little afraid I would actually GAIN weight. Fortunately, I lost 4 lbs and the baby belly is pretty much gone! It's nice to know that I can go out in public now and people won't think I'm in my second trimester of pregnancy. :P Today marks the day that my doctor said I can start walking, but still no real exercise for another 4 weeks. I have heard that if you work on the ab muscles too early, it can actually prevent them from returning back to normal, so it's okay with me. I downloaded the iphone Power Walk app from Bluefin (same company whose Couch to 5K app I used before) and I will start that today. I always need a plan. Sitting around makes me crazy. I cannot wait to get back outside in the fresh air and moving!
